THE BIG SHIFT

Investment Highlights:
A Category of One

Over the past 3 Years PLC:

  • Developed the world’s first legal Colombia-based supply chain for decocainized coca extract;
  • Signed an exclusive 15-year agreement with Indigenous community, creating moat (+$10M, +3-years to replicate);
  • Established and licensed foundational extraction, processing, and R&D facilities;
  • Developed a patent-pending decocainization process;
  • Included in the Colombian Government’s Economic Development plan;
  • Raised $14M of institutional capital.

Today we are:

  • Disrupting both the food & beverage and fertilizer markets with 4 products (Extract, Essence, DeCarb, Fertilizer), with additional product development upside.
  • Signed first large commercial supply agreements for proprietary coca extract and essence products (13 additional LOIs working toward agreements).
  • Expanding management & advisory team for go-public transaction.
FULL GOVERNMENT SUPPORT

Supported by the Indigenous and newly elected Colombian Government.

Power Leaves has developed the world’s first legal Colombia-based supply chain for decocainized coca extract, supported by the Indigenous and newly elected Colombian Government.

Dating back to a 1988 New York Times report, the world has known about Coca-Cola’s monopoly. Through a unique partnership with Stepan Company (NYSE: SCL) and a Peruvian coca-leaf supplier and a special permit from the U.S. Government, they have exploited the coca product.

That ends today.

A NEW ERA

Hard to Replicate

PLC has an exclusive 15-year agreement with the Nasa Indigenous Community to manufacture proprietary formulations of coca extract using our established facilities and patent-pending process.

Approved by 99.8% of voters in the community, the agreement serves as PLC’s moat, where it would take a competitor 3+ years and $10M+ to try to replicate.

And we have the full support of the Colombian Government.

Have Questions? FAQ

We need to give a legal use to the coca, we cannot declare the coca leaf guilty for a public health problem that has been generated by the addiction to cocaine that was not invented by the indigenous communities. The victims have been the Colombians of this absurd lost war against drugs

ONE OF A KIND

Providing the Playbook

Our approach is legal according to:

  • Colombian Law (Article 7)
  • United Nations (Article 14 & 27)
  • United States Law (Decocainzed coca extract is classified as a GRAS [Generally Regarded as Safe] substance in Part 182 of the US Code of Federal Regulations)

Through PLC, the Colombian Government can enhance their economy while supporting Indigenous communities.

The newly elected Colombian Government has made it a top priority to:

  • Regulate the use of the coca leaf, and;
  • Protect the rights of Indigenous community and promote their agricultural capabilities.

Coca alkaloids (like cocaine) are removed from the extract and destroyed by the Indigenous people, allowing PLC to legally process and package decocainized extract for global export.

PLC is now included in Colombia’s national development plan to establish economic development in areas affected by illicit economies.

Coca Business Model

  • Efficient: Low-cost Colombian supply chain and deflated peso decrease CapEx and Ops costs.
  • Scalable: The coca plant improves in size and yield with age and allows 3-4 harvests/yr.
  • Stable: The price of coca leaves has not changed for decades ($1/kg)
Healthy Margins at Scale:

  • Extracts: ~80%
  • Essence: ~85-90%
  • Fertilizer: ~50-60%

Through the development of proprietary flavor profiles, Power Leaves will protect its margins through a CPG / Branded Goods model.
