FULL GOVERNMENT SUPPORT
Supported by the Indigenous and newly elected Colombian Government.
Power Leaves has developed the world’s first legal Colombia-based supply chain for decocainized coca extract, supported by the Indigenous and newly elected Colombian Government.
Dating back to a 1988 New York Times report, the world has known about Coca-Cola’s monopoly. Through a unique partnership with Stepan Company (NYSE: SCL) and a Peruvian coca-leaf supplier and a special permit from the U.S. Government, they have exploited the coca product.
That ends today.
A NEW ERA
Hard to Replicate
PLC has an exclusive 15-year agreement with the Nasa Indigenous Community to manufacture proprietary formulations of coca extract using our established facilities and patent-pending process.
Approved by 99.8% of voters in the community, the agreement serves as PLC’s moat, where it would take a competitor 3+ years and $10M+ to try to replicate.
And we have the full support of the Colombian Government.

ONE OF A KIND
Providing the Playbook
- Colombian Law (Article 7)
- United Nations (Article 14 & 27)
- United States Law (Decocainzed coca extract is classified as a GRAS [Generally Regarded as Safe] substance in Part 182 of the US Code of Federal Regulations)
Through PLC, the Colombian Government can enhance their economy while supporting Indigenous communities.
- Regulate the use of the coca leaf, and;
- Protect the rights of Indigenous community and promote their agricultural capabilities.
Coca alkaloids (like cocaine) are removed from the extract and destroyed by the Indigenous people, allowing PLC to legally process and package decocainized extract for global export.
PLC is now included in Colombia’s national development plan to establish economic development in areas affected by illicit economies.
